Safeguarding Information

If any members of the school or local community have concerns about the welfare of a student, or if you have any safeguarding queries, please contact our school safeguarding team.

If you have a non-urgent safeguarding concern that you would like to discuss with the safeguarding team, please email reception on reception@qegs.cumbria.sch.uk and ask for a member of the safeguarding team to get in touch.  We will respond during school hours.

If you have an immediate concern, outside of school hours, that is not an emergency please call the Cumbria Safeguarding Hub on the number below.

Kooth Counselling Service

All of our students have access to the Kooth online counselling service, which is run by fully trained mental health professionals. There are also details in the student planners.
